To fundamentally change a behaviour or attitude is going to require time, commitment and acceptance. You will need to learn to recognize the difference between symptom and root cause. The symptom is usually at the surface of what's holding you back, something you can tangibly see. The root cause is at the foundation of a belief set that you've most likely held on to for quite some time.
